You may browse this site and contact us through it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, access parts of it you have not been given access to, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Our content

The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to Woodpecker Solutions unless stated otherwise. Case study details are published with our clients' permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution; please ask before reproducing anything larger.

Enquiries are not contracts

Nothing on this site is an offer. Timelines, costs and capabilities described here are indicative. Any work we do for you will be governed by a separate signed agreement setting out scope, price and terms.

Client work and ownership

Where we build software for you, intellectual property in the delivered work transfers to you on payment, as set out in that agreement. We retain rights to our own pre-existing tools and general know-how.

Liability

We provide this website as it is, without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of it. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
