What we collect

This website collects only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company name, phone number if you provide one, your budget range, and the message you write. We also store the IP address the submission came from, purely to detect and block spam.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to manage that engagement. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to active or completed engagements are kept for as long as our contract with you and applicable tax law require.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets a single session cookie, used to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close your browser. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@woodpeckersolutions.in and we will respond within thirty days.
